Inducted as a Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing, Karen Bankston is a Professor Emerita, a leadership consultant, a retired hospital executive and former Associate Dean for Clinical Practice, Partnership and Community Engagement of the College of Nursing at the University of Cincinnati.

Mary is the Chair of the Board of JANCOA Janitorial Services, a 50 year old “family business” which has blossomed from a respected “mom & pop” shop to a company with 85% market share in the Cincinnati region. Along the way Mary and her husband Tony created The Dream Engineer and cultivated a Culture of caring. Today their programs are replicated around the world and inspiring people to pursue their dreams and live their passion.
